LifeLink: A Smart Blood Donation and Emergency Request Management System

LifeLink: A Smart Blood Donation and Emergency Request Management System LifeLink is a smart blood donation and emergency request management system designed to simplify the process of connecting patients in need of blood with suitable blood donors. In emergency situations, finding compatible blood donors within a short period can be challenging due to the lack of centralized information and effective communication between patients and donors. The proposed system provides a digital platform that enables users to register as blood donors, submit emergency blood requests, and identify potential donors based on blood group compatibility and location. The application aims to reduce the time required to find suitable donors and improve communication during critical situations. The system is developed using Flutter for the mobile application interface and Firebase services for authentication, database management, and real-time data handling. It provides an organized approach to managing donor information and emergency blood requests. LifeLink aims to make blood donation coordination more accessible, efficient, and reliable by connecting donors and recipients through a technology-driven platform. The proposed solution demonstrates how mobile application development and cloud-based services can support emergency healthcare coordination and encourage voluntary blood donation.
