Peningkatan Literasi Keuangan dan Pendampingan Perencanaan Dana Pensiun Mandiri
The transition from active employment to retirement is often a critical phase that directly impacts a worker's financial well-being, particularly for those in operational roles. Technical staff from Colliers and ISS working at Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar) face financial challenges, including allocating the majority of their income to daily necessities, a lack of understanding regarding the impact of inflation (the Time Value of Money), and vulnerability to fraudulent investments and illegal online loans. Meanwhile, workplace training remains dominated by operational technical skills, lacking structured education on retirement financial planning. This Community Service (PkM) program aims to improve financial literacy, assess the retirement funding gap, and assist technicians in developing independent, sustainable household financial plans. The implementation employs Participatory Action Research (PAR) based on Adult Learning (Andragogy) principles, structured into four stages: preparation and needs assessment via pre-tests; interactive outreach and education on financial mindsets and the risks of inflation; applied workshops covering cash flow management, retirement fund simulations, education on the OJK’s "2L" principle (Legal and Logical), and guidance on completing retirement planning worksheets; and post-activity evaluation using post-tests alongside the establishment of an online support group. Expected outcomes include a minimum 45% increase in participants' average financial literacy scores, the completion of personal retirement planning worksheets by at least 80% of participants, and the creation of printed or digital educational modules.
