Early-Warning Detection of the QCD Critical End Point: A Critical Slowing Down and AMDCF Memory-Driven Approach
The search for the QCD Critical End Point (CEP) in heavy-ion collisions is a primary goal of modern high-energy physics (e.g., ALICE at CERN, STAR at RHIC). However, the rapid expansion and freeze-out of the fireball make direct observation of critical fluctuations extremely challenging. In this proposal, we introduce the AMDCF (Adaptive Memory-Driven Coupling Framework) combined with Critical Slowing Down (CSD) algorithms to analyze particle multiplicity fluctuations. By treating the fireball as a non-Markovian dynamical system, our model mathematically predicts the onset of the critical regime. Our simulation demonstrates that the CSD variance metric spikes at approximately 17.3 GeV, providing an Early Warning Window of 2.7 GeV before the actual CEP at 20.0 GeV. Furthermore, the AMDCF safety valve prevents the unphysical numerical divergence of thermodynamic susceptibilities. This algorithmic approach offers a cost-effective method for pinpointing the CEP without exhaustive beam energy scans.
