Pengaruh Green Financing, Working Capital Efficiency, dan Board Size terhadap Sustainable Financial Performance: Subsektor Heavy Constructions & Civil Engineering

This study aims to examine the effect of Green Financing (GF), Working Capital Efficiency (WCE), and Board Size (BOSZ) on Sustainable Financial Performance (SFP) in Heavy Constructions & Civil Engineering subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. The study uses a quantitative approach with 30 observations from six companies selected through purposive sampling. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression with EViews 14 and the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as the selected model. The results show that Green Financing has a positive and significant relationship with SFP, with a coefficient of 2.093665 and a p-value of 0.0054. Conversely, Working Capital Efficiency and Board Size do not show a significant relationship with SFP. Simultaneously, the model shows significance with an F-statistic of 9.383572 and a p-value of 0.000019. The Adjusted R² value of 0.698132 indicates that the model is able to explain 69.81% of the variation in SFP, while 30.19% is explained by other factors outside the research model.
