E8–Phi Coherence Capacity Principle — E8 Intelligence Research
I propose the E8–Phi Coherence Capacity Principle: a 240-root chiral lattice transfers coherence efficiently only when its weighted phase order parameter R = |Σ χ_j exp(iθ_j)| / Σ|χ_j| exceeds φ⁻¹, where χ_j are phi-recursive chiral weights. Across 132 phase channels referenced to a 132 Hz scaffold, added drive power should increase coherent gain only while the root projections remain phase-locked; beyond the threshold, it dissipates through mode mixing. Coupling to biological ³¹P spin ensembles should therefore be selected by overlap between their measured dephasing spectrum and Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
