Since 2026, independent frontier studies in condensed matter physics, materials science, and artificial intelligence have successively reported a series of cross-scale phenomena that cannot be fully covered by the traditional paradigm of instantaneous state evolution: the coexistence and competition effect of dual memories in non-Brownian suspensions, the return-point mechanical memory characteristic of ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, and the systematic bottleneck of long-range memory reuse in embodied agents. These scattered observations across different disciplines collectively exhibit the common feature that "the subsequent evolution behavior of the system significantly depends on the complete historical motion traces". However, traditional physical frameworks classify such effects into local phenomenological descriptions such as hysteresis, plastic deformation, and statistical memory, and have not yet formed a unified underlying explanatory perspective that connects the microscopic, mesoscopic, macroscopic, and intelligent systems. Based on the FT-MMT (Formal Theory of Material Memory Elements) axiom system publicly released in December 2025, this paper incorporates the above cross-scale frontier phenomena into the same theoretical framework for conceptual integration, clarifies the natural explanatory space of this system for historical trace retention effects at different levels, strictly defines the research boundary of "temporal priority, conceptual echo, and non-direct verification", and independently derives 5 non-trivial, implementable, and falsifiable unique experimental predictions from the axiom system. All propositions cannot be deduced through classical mechanics, soft matter mechanics, or traditional AI memory theories, and possess strict theoretical exclusivity and experimental operability. This study provides a brand-new global dynamics perspective for exploring the mechanism of cross-scale material memory, and also offers an underlying paradigm upgrading path different from pure algorithm optimization for breaking through the inherent long-range memory bottleneck of current embodied intelligence.
