Pengaruh Komisaris Independen, Struktur Modal, dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham
Stock price fluctuations reflect changes in investor assessments regarding a company's condition and prospects. This study aims to examine the influence of independent commissioners, capital structure, and earnings per share (EPS) on the stock prices of companies listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data and purposive sampling. The sample consists of 16 companies, resulting in 80 observations. Analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the aid of EViews 13. The results indicate that independent commissioners, capital structure, and earnings per share simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Individually, however, independent commissioners and capital structure do not have a significant effect on stock prices, whereas earnings per share have a positive and significant effect. These findings suggest that EPS serves as a more robust financial indicator for explaining stock price changes within the study sample. The study implies that investors should consider a company's ability to generate earnings per share when making investment decisions.
