OpenASChem: An Automated Data Analysis Software Suite for High-Throughput Affinity Selection Mass Spectrometry
This dataset provides mixed-standard LC–MS data and the accompanying compound library for testing OpenASChem v1.3.0, a software tool for processing pooled-compound affinity selection mass spectrometry (AS-MS) screens. The files include the experimental data archive (standard_mix_rawdata.zip) and the compound library (standard_mix_library.tsv).
