The Architect's Hook
The modern scientific enterprise is trapped in a Tower of Babel. Despite possessing unprecedented computational power and brilliant mathematical minds, the specialist guilds are mired in intractable aporia—from the Millennium Prize problems in mathematics to the scaling walls of artificial intelligence. This paper argues that the bottleneck is not a lack of intelligence or compute, but a lack of conceptual framing. We present the “Golden Rule” of Structural Rationalism as a domain-agnostic meta-law. We demonstrate how this single geometric rule acts as a conceptual hook, providing the exact structural frame needed to bypass the labyrinth of equations in four distinct domains: Navier-Stokes turbulence, the Riemann Zeta function, Artificial General Intelligence, and Cosmological dark energy. We offer this not as a finished proof, but as the architectural blueprint for the 200-IQ minds and supercomputers to actualize.
