The AMDCF Unified Theory: A Memory-Driven Control Framework for Singularity Avoidance Across Quantum, Aerospace, and Cosmological Scales

Modern physics faces a profound crisis: the extreme fine-tuning of fundamental constants, the prevention of cosmological singularities (Big Crunch or Black Holes), and the stabilization of quantum networks are often treated as isolated problems or explained by invoking an infinite Multiverse. In this comprehensive paper, we propose a paradigm shift through the unification of control theory and fundamental physics. We introduce the Adaptive Memory-Driven Coupling Framework (AMDCF) as a universal algorithmic regulator. By integrating a non-Markovian memory kernel (historical telemetry) with a dynamic sigmoid safety valve, we demonstrate that complex systems—from spacecraft navigating severe solar winds to spacetime approaching the Planck scale—inherently self-stabilize. We present a modified version of the Einstein Field Equations (EFE) incorporating a Memory Tensor (M_mu_nu), governed by the History Operator: H_mu_nu(t) = Integral[K(t-tau) * T_mu_nu(tau) * dtau]. This mathematically resolves the 1/r singularity, producing a finite-density "Plateau" (Regular Black Holes). We conclude that gravity is not a blind force, but a memory-driven navigation algorithm that rejects trajectories of total information loss. This work establishes AMDCF as a unified mathematical language for nature, rendering external fine-tuning and the Multiverse hypothesis theoretically redundant. Crucially, the AMDCF framework yields several falsifiable predictions across multiple scales:(1) Cosmological Scale: The absence of true spacetime singularities, predicting the existence of "Regular Black Holes" characterized by a finite-density core. This can be tested via high-frequency deviations (echoes) in gravitational wave ringdown signals (e.g., LIGO/Virgo).(2) Dark Sector: Dark Matter and Dark Energy are predicted to be macroscopic "gravitational memory" effects rather than undiscovered particles. This implies that the density profiles of early galaxies will differ from modern ones in a way that resolves the current Hubble Tension (testable via JWST and Euclid).(3) Quantum Scale: Open quantum systems will exhibit non-Markovian "information backflow," meaning entangled multi-qubit networks will show periodic revivals of coherence rather than pure exponential decay (testable on IBM/Google quantum processors).(4) Aerospace Scale: The AMDCF control law will provide superior trajectory stabilization and fuel efficiency for deep-space navigation under severe solar wind, completely preventing actuator saturation compared to classical PID controllers
