Examining Resilience in Wartime Through Cyber Insurance
This research examines the role of cyber insurance in strengthening organizational resilience during wartime, with particular attention to the cyber risks experienced during the 12-day Iran-Israel war in June 2025.The study proposes a Cyberwarfare Resilience Framework that integrates cyber insurance with organizational risk management, cybersecurity preparedness, incident response, and business continuity. To evaluate the proposed framework, a questionnaire was completed by 12 experts. The questionnaire's internal consistency was assessed using Cronbach's alpha, which yielded a coefficient of 0.768.The study highlights the potential contribution of cyber insurance to financial protection, access to specialized resources, and proactive cyber risk management during periods of conflict.
