Legal Framework for Social Support of Student Families

The paper analyses the normative concept of a student family and evaluates the support measures implemented to create a favorable environment enabling the combination of parental responsibilities and the educational process. It is established that the early reproductive period for women coincides with the period of obtaining education, which leads to a postponement of marriage and later motherhood. At the same time, a reduction in the average age of having the first child would create the necessary preconditions for having multiple children. The paper notes that efforts aimed at improving demographic indicators should not affect the level of women's education, which serves as one of the guarantees of the stability of reproductive plans and family wellbeing. Based on statistical data and sociological research, the author proposes specific criteria for classifying a family as a student family. This would make it possible to form a homogeneous social group, identify common problems and address them effectively.
