Digitalisasi Sistem Penjualan dan Informasi Produk pada Toko Baju Berbasis Website

Sales processes in clothing stores that are still carried out conventionally cause product information delivery, stock management, transaction recording, and sales reporting to be ineffective. This study addresses how to design and build a clothing store website that serves as a medium for information, promotion, and sales transactions and supports business digitalization. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support, with the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, and a MySQL database. Requirements were collected through direct observation and a literature study, while the design used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The result is a website with two user roles, buyers and administrators. Buyers can register, log in, browse the catalog and search for products, manage a shopping cart, check out, and monitor order history and status, while administrators manage products, categories, users, orders, and sales reports. Black Box Testing on 13 scenarios covering login, registration, products and cart, and checkout showed that all scenarios were valid. The novelty of this study lies in an integrated design that combines a product catalog with variants, a shopping cart, checkout with payment confirmation through WhatsApp, code-based order tracking, and an admin dashboard in a single website for a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) clothing store.
