The articles featured in this issue not only cover traditional oil & gas topics but also emerging technologies, critical minerals, and environmental law, among others.Oklahoma plays a central role in many discussions, but the scholarship extends across multiple state jurisdictions and Canada, reflecting the broad reach of modern energy and natural resource law that our journal seeks to highlight.As this issue is my first as Editor-in-Chief of ONE-J, I want to recognize the current editorial board for their commitment.I am also immensely grateful to my predecessor, Bryce Cormack, and the previous editorial board.Bryce led our publication with a steady hand alongside his Managing Editor, Nick Halbroeder.Without them, this publication would not be where it is today.I want to thank Michael Waters
