KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI BERBASIS NILAI ISLAM DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MUTU MADRASAH DI ERA DIGITAL
Madrasah quality remains a strategic issue pursued by Islamic education stakeholders in Indonesia, while digitalization is changing how madrasah members communicate. One factor often overlooked in Islamic educational management studies is organizational communication grounded in Islamic values. The urgency of this study is supported by national internet penetration reaching 80.66% in 2025 and the large number of madrasahs. This study aims to examine and synthesize the implications of organizational communication based on the principles of qaulan sadidan, qaulan ma'rufan, qaulan balighan, qaulan layyinan, qaulan kariman, and qaulan maysuran for improving madrasah quality in the digital era. The method is a library research approach using content analysis and narrative synthesis of nationally accredited SINTA journals, reference books, and education policy documents published between 2018 and 2026. The findings indicate that effective, transparent, and Islamically characterized organizational communication strengthens the organizational climate, enhances teacher commitment and performance, and promotes a sustainable quality culture. In the digital era, Islamic value-based communication needs to be adapted through technological platforms without abandoning Qur'anic communication ethics. This study affirms the necessity of systematically integrating Islamic communication values into madrasah governance as a foundation for authentic, character-based quality improvement.
