INSTITUTIONAL TRANSPARENCY AND INFORMATION TRUST: EDITORIAL ACCOUNTABILITY, MODERATION AND REASONED FEEDBACK IN UZBEKISTAN'S DIGITAL MEDIA
The article examines normative conditions for transparency and warranted trust in Uzbekistan's digital media. It distinguishes legal provisions from international guidance. Editorial decisions, source confidentiality, moderation explanations and opportunities for review are compared. Transparency is assessed through the ability to understand and scrutinise decisions rather than the volume of disclosure.
