The Hubble Tension in the Time-Gel Framework: A Pattern and a Falsifiable Prediction
The Hubble tension is the ~8% disagreement between the early-Universe (Planck/CMB, H0 ≈ 67.4) and local distance-ladder (SH0ES, 73.04 ± 1.04) values of the expansion rate. This note proposes, within the Time-Gel framework, that the rate of proper time depends on the local density of "record" (crystallized structure): the local Universe is measured from inside structure, the CMB from the pre-structure baseline. It is a pattern and a falsifiable prediction, not a solution claim — the locally inferred H0 should correlate with line-of-sight crystallization (comparable to the Cosmicflows-4 H0 dipole); a flat result falsifies it. Measured, assumed and open parts are labeled; the magnitude derivation has one explicitly open joint.
