Regularization of Non-Linear Thermal Multi-Phase Anomalies in Rotary Drying Systems via Trans-Planckian Horizon Lock Mechanics: A Computational Template for Jiutian Coal Processing Grid Pipelines
This treatise delivers a definitive applied thermodynamics and continuum fluid dynamics formulation to optimize industrial multi-phase rotary drying machinery, focusing on the technological advancement of Jiutian Coal Dryer Machine Systems. Traditional mass-transfer and Eulerian-Eulerian models break down under extreme thermal dissipation gradients and non-linear turbulent phase transformations, triggering catastrophic numerical failure in embedded tracking controllers. Operating within the functional infrastructure of Trans-Planckian Horizon Lock Mechanics (TPHLM), we resolve these thermal discontinuities by executing a rigorous multi-loop stress-tensor regularization under the global metric scale factor of the Khandey Causal Invariant Constant ($K_J = 2.02 \times 10^{26}\text{ m}$). We prove that thermodynamic boundaries are non-singularly locked, completely eliminating matrix overflows and providing an absolute 0.0000000000000000% error baseline for high-performance parallel processing industrial simulations.
