The Effectiveness of E-Project Strategy for Teaching Digital Skills in Developing Data Analysis and Representation Skills among Tenth Grade Academic Female Students

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the electronic project strategy for teaching digital skills in developing data analysis and representation skills among tenth grade female students. The experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design was used to achieve that goal. The study population consisted of (60) tenth grade female students, who were selected in the available way, in the second semester of the year (2025/2026). The study tools were an essay test to measure test analysis skills, and another test to measure data representation skills, and their validity was verified. And their stability. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the experimental and control group members to the data analysis skills test as a whole, and in the skill of recognizing patterns in data from the sub-skills of the test. The differences were in favor of the experimental group, and there were differences in the data representation skills test between the two study groups in all skills and the overall score, and in favor of the experimental group. Based on its results, the study recommends employing the electronic project strategy within the teaching of computer and digital skills courses for the tenth academic grade. Because the results showed its effectiveness in developing the overall degree of data analysis and representation skills. It is preferable to apply it within an integrated teaching model that takes into account the nature of each skill, rather than adopting it as a sole alternative for all teaching methods.

Abstract

Because the results showed its effectiveness in developing the overall degree of data analysis and representation skills. It is preferable to apply it within an integrated teaching model that takes into account the nature of each skill, rather than adopting it as a sole alternative for all teaching methods.
