PELATIHAN MEMBUAT LAPORAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO TAHUNAN PADA PELAKU USAHA DI DESA BINAAN
Risk management plays an essential role in maintaining the sustainability of micro and small enterprises, particularly in rural areas where businesses face production uncertainty, raw material price fluctuations, limited capital, and unstable market demand. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of local entrepreneurs to identify, assess, mitigate, and document business risks through training in annual risk management reporting in Bukit Rawi Village, Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Bukit Rawi is a partner village of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Palangka Raya. The program targets rattan handicraft producers, poultry farmers, fish farmers, and small-scale snack producers, particularly crackers and traditional peanut-based snacks. The proposed methodology employs a participatory approach comprising needs assessment, risk management education, risk mapping exercises, practical report preparation, and evaluation. Training materials are adapted from ISO 31000:2018 and emphasize practical tools, including risk registers, probability–impact matrices, mitigation plans, and annual evaluation formats. Expected outputs include improved risk management literacy and draft annual risk management reports tailored to each business sector. The program is expected to promote systematic decision-making and support sustainable rural entrepreneurship.
