Abstract

This study examines the implementation of management decisions and their impact on organizational effectiveness, emphasizing the importance of scientifically grounded decision-making approaches in ensuring enterprise stability and competitiveness. The research aims to identify key factors influencing the development, implementation, and effectiveness of management decisions and to propose mechanisms for improving managerial performance under conditions of uncertainty. The study employs theoretical analysis, comparative evaluation, systematic approaches, and a review of existing management decision-making methods. Particular attention is given to the proposed 3C Model, which integrates Creative, Collective, and Count (quantitative) approaches to enhance the quality and effectiveness of managerial decisions. The findings highlight the significance of employee participation, timely information exchange, rational resource allocation, and continuous monitoring in achieving organizational objectives. Furthermore, the study proposes establishing a specialized innovation unit within the management structure of “Lens Invest Textile” LLC to improve decision implementation, strengthen coordination, and minimize operational risks. A comprehensive framework for evaluating management decision effectiveness is presented, incorporating organizational, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental dimensions. The study concludes that integrating innovative decision-making methods, quantitative analytical tools, and participatory management practices can contribute to greater organizational efficiency, improved resource utilization, and sustainable enterprise development.
