MANAJEMEN STRATEGI KOLABORATIF BERBASIS PEMBINAAN GANDA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PAUD ISLAM

Islam at Masyithoh I Kindergarten in Brengkelan, Purworejo. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Data analysis involved data condensation, data presentation, and the drawing and verification of conclusions, while data validity was strengthened through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that dual supervision does not create a dualism of leadership. In terms of institutional legal status, Masyithoh I Kindergarten operates under the An-Nur Mosque Foundation, while the Nahdlatul Ulama Muslim Women’s Education Foundation (YPMNU) provides complementary guidance, particularly in religious education, the development of educators’ competencies, and professional activities. Collaboration is carried out through participatory planning, role division, program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. This dual guidance system has made a positive contribution to teacher competence, the quality of learning, school governance, the strengthening of Islamic values and character, as well as the trust of parents and the community. Challenges identified include coordination issues, time and resource constraints, and the potential for program overlap. Differences in policy, time and resource constraints, and program overlap were addressed through communication, coordination, deliberation, and rescheduling.
