Total Nourishment: Addressing Nutritional Inequalities in Palliative and End-of-Life Care Through a Systems-Based Mixed-Methods Study
Food at the end of life is more than nutrition. This poster presents the Total Nourishment framework, which reconceptualises nourishment as biological, cultural, spiritual, and relational. Through a systems-based study of palliative and end-of-life care in Greater London, the research seeks to address nutritional inequalities and support the development of equitable, culturally responsive care pathways.
