Growth factor activation in response to regorafenib.

Our laboratory uses in vitro and in vivo cellular and experimental models to study signal transduction and its basic, translational and clinical utilities. Multikinase inhibitors used in medical oncology include sorafenib and sunitinib. We describe here transcriptomic data gathered from the study of human cancer cells treated with the next-generation multikinase growth factor inhibitor, regorafenib.

Abstract

Our laboratory uses in vitro and in vivo cellular and experimental models to study signal transduction and its basic, translational and clinical utilities. Multikinase inhibitors used in medical oncology include sorafenib and sunitinib. We describe here transcriptomic data gathered from the study of human cancer cells treated with the next-generation multikinase growth factor inhibitor, regorafenib.
