Topological Resolution of the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture : Rank Alignment via Fréchet Spaces and Non-Linear Spectral Projections

This article resolves the fundamental obstruction of the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer (BSD) conjecture for elliptic curves defined over Q by introducing a paradigm shift based on functional analysis within graded Fréchet spaces. By substituting a projective limit of locally convex topological vector spaces for classical Banach topologies, we model the completed L-function,Ʌ(E,s), through the action of a non-linear spectral operator. We demonstrate that the equality between the analytic order of vanishing and the algebraic rank of the Mordell-Weil group (r_analytic=r_algebraic) is not a mere arithmetic coincidence, but a strict condition of topological equilibrium. For the investigated curves, the system invariably locks onto the fundamental rank r=1, a result corroborated by our numerical validations.
