Determinan Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan terhadap Pendapatan Petani Jamur Tiram di Kabupaten Probolinggo
Oyster mushroom farming is one of the developing household agribusiness sectors in Probolinggo Regency. However, farmers' income remains relatively fluctuating and is influenced by financial management capabilities and access to formal financial services. This study aims to analyze the effects of financial literacy, gender, age, and financial inclusion on the income of oyster mushroom farmers in Probolinggo Regency. The study employed a quantitative explanatory approach using a census method involving 60 oyster mushroom farmers. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire survey and analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results showed that financial literacy had a significant effect on farmers' income, with a significance value of 0.014 and an odds ratio of 1.096. Financial inclusion also had a significant effect on income, with a significance value of 0.032 and an odds ratio of 0.652, indicating a negative relationship between financial inclusion and the likelihood of obtaining higher income within the estimated model. Meanwhile, gender and age did not have a statistically significant effect on farmers' income. The findings suggest that socio-financial factors, particularly financial literacy and financial inclusion, play an important role in influencing the income of oyster mushroom farmers. Therefore, strengthening financial literacy and optimizing the utilization of formal financial services are essential to support the sustainability of oyster mushroom agribusiness and improve farmers' welfare in Probolinggo Regency.
