The Voluntary Challenge, Hallucination, Imagery, and Motor Mindful Scale (VCHIMMS) is a reformulation of the Challenge, Hallucination, Imagery, and Motor Suggestion Scale (Sheldrake & Dienes, 2026) as instructions for mindful, voluntary behaviour, as opposed to imaginative suggestions for automatic, involuntary behaviour.
