Derivation of the Neutrino Mass Scale and Neutrinoless Double Beta Decay Rate via Discrete Topological Routing
This document represents a significant expansion and unification of our previously uploaded paper regarding the absolute neutrino mass scale. It now incorporates the formal proof of the Majorana identity and the exact derivation of the neutrinoless double beta decay rate. This paper presents a zero-free-parameter, Ab Initio derivation of the absolute neutrino mass scale and the effective Majorana mass within the framework of the Information Projection Model (IPM). By replacing continuous gauge field theories with a discrete, finite-bandwidth holographic hardware architecture (a 3D Cartesian voxel grid), neutrinos are redefined as unanchored topological synchronization packets. We demonstrate mathematically that applying a Boolean NOT inversion to a zero-anchor topological geometry yields the exact same 2D root memory address. This formally proves the Majorana nature of neutrinos and strictly locks the relative Majorana CP-violating phases to exactly 0∘0∘.
