Synergistic Enhancement of Piezoelectric Performance in Wood‐Like Anisotropic Porous PVDF / BaTiO 3 /Graphene Parts via Dual‐Filler and Structural Regulation

ABSTRACT The ongoing advancements in smart interactive systems have drawn tremendous interest toward piezoelectric energy conversion devices. However, conventional devices suffer from limited deformation modes and insufficient stress utilization. Herein, a novel wood‐like anisotropic porous polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)/barium titanate (BaTiO 3 )/graphene part was successfully fabricated. Systematic functional characterizations and simulation studies revealed that the synergistic incorporation of BaTiO 3 and graphene facilitated the piezoelectric response and efficient charge transport. Benefiting from the deformation amplification characteristics of the anisotropic porous structure, the PBG part exhibited an enhanced open circuit voltage of 8.3 V and a short circuit current of 161.1 nA. As a proof of concept, a system integrating the PBG parts on finger joints demonstrated wireless device control via distinct gestures. This study presented a comprehensive design strategy that combined oriented structural regulation and dual‐filler synergy effects, offering a promising pathway toward high‐performance piezoelectric devices for intelligent sensing.
