CONTRA 4D BARYONIC CONTINUUM: The Four Fundamental Objections to a Fluid-Mechanical Universe
If spacetime operates as a real elasto-vortical medium governed by the 4D Baryonic Continuum (4D-BC) and streaming toward the Thermo-Baric Convergence Point (TBCP), it must survive four foundational objections of contemporary physics: (1) Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle, Spin-$1/2$ topology, and Bell’s non-locality at the microphysical scale; (2) Kramers-Kronig dispersion and the absence of viscous photon attenuation across cosmological distances; (3) the preservation of Lorentz invariance (Michelson-Morley) and full tensorial light deflection ($4GM/Rc^2$) in a material substrate; and (4) Tolman’s thermodynamic entropy accumulation in cyclic models. This paper presents these four orthodox objections at their highest mathematical rigor—including second-tier rebuttals—and opposes them with the exact analytical and tensorial counter-deductions of the 4D-BC framework (Madelung-Ozawa core kinematics, Hopf-Kelvin flux tubes, enstrophy-coupled dissipation, Prandtl-Glauert-Lorentz strain, and Kapitza-Landau superfluid rectification at the TBCP). No a priori verdict is proclaimed: both formal apparatuses are placed on the record, leaving to the reader the opportunity to study, test, and develop the resulting physics.
