Ontological Vitalism and Biophysical Resonance: Reconciling Kosha Dynamics, Hahnemannian Potentization, and Next-Generation Frequency Diagnostic Standards

Traditional homeopathic doctrine relies on the Totality of Symptoms as an indirect reflection of an altered Dynamis (Vital Force). While clinically effective, this qualitative framework faces criticism regarding subjective interpretation, observer bias, and variable inter-practitioner reproducibility. Simultaneously, non-dual metaphysical systems—specifically the Pancha Kosha model of Advaita Vedanta—provide a precise architectural framework for mapping the descent of unconditioned Consciousness ( Atman ) through causal ( Anandamaya ), intellectual ( Vijnanamaya ), mental-emotional ( Manomaya ), dynamic-energetic ( Pranamaya ), and material ( Annamaya ) sheaths. This paper synthesizes classical Hahnemannian vitalism, non-dual ontology, and contemporary biophysics to demonstrate that homeopathic potentization acts as an informational wave-matching process. We analyze the theoretical mechanisms of dynamic derangement, the physics of potency octaves, the systemic limitations of classical proving methods, and present a framework for next-generation, objective frequency-matching technologies utilizing Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy, Ultra-Weak Biophoton Emission (UPE) imaging, and Quantum Wave Interference analysis.
