RELEVANSI TEORI KONSTRUKTIVISME TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BERPUSAT PADA PESERTA DIDIK DI ERA PENDIDIKAN KONTEMPORER
This study aims to analyze and interpret the relevance of constructivist theory to student-centered learning in contemporary education. This study employed a qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Data were obtained through literature searches in Google Scholar, Scopus, ERIC, ScienceDirect, and DOAJ, focusing on publications from 2021 to 2026. The data were analyzed using thematic content analysis and synthesized through a narrative-comparative approach. The findings indicate that constructivism has strong relevance as an epistemological and pedagogical foundation for student-centered learning. The principles of knowledge construction, experience, social interaction, reflection, collaboration, and problem solving support students’ engagement, independence, critical thinking, and motivation. However, its implementation requires teacher readiness, supportive learning environments, and adequate access to technology.
