MN-P80-CAL-01: Archive-relocation operational amendment and exact-package preservation supplement (release candidate 1)

This record is a distinct operational supplement to the governing scientific preregistration MN-P80-CAL-01, DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/FQZ3T. It preserves the exact original v1.5.2 package and adds a separately identified archive-relocation adapter. It is not a journal article, a new scientific preregistration, a results release, or evidence that the missing ZIP blob was archived at the original OSF submission time. The disclosed post-target, pre-confirmatory-execution amendment replaces only the unavailable OSF archived-file inventory requirement with verification against a specific external version record and SHA-256 manifest. Every original numerical-engine source file is byte-identical. The adapter version is 0.1.0rc1; scientific protocol/KDF domain 1.5, hypotheses H1-H4, methods, sample sizes, bootstrap, designated pulse and original 2026-10-15T12:00:00.000Z target remain unchanged. The original OSF registration and approval history are preserved; the source project remains private. No original archive repair or retrospective compliance with every original execution control is claimed. The preserved original package is MN-P80-CAL-01-preregistration-package-v1.5.2-gate-correction.zip, 12,075,247 bytes, SHA-256 d786918f7a7f270ae8f309addd339df0f440558e6f2b0005791c593d1fc6c9fa. The exact nine-file inventory is bound by archive-relocation-manifest.json; release-validation.json records 113 distinct passing offline tests and the packed-source reproduction check. Preparation has not retrieved the designated final pulse, derived active FINAL seeds, or run the registered experiment. Publication alone does not authorize execution: live record/file/source checks and separate author execution authorization are still required. The included unbound template remains deliberately non-executable. Licensing is scoped, not a blanket relicense: CC BY 4.0 applies to original non-code text; MIT applies to original simulation code and the new adapter. RIGHTS.txt and the preserved nested notices govern those scopes; third-party and separate-application/company rights are excluded. Original authorship/assistance, funding and other historical disclosures are preserved unchanged. Preparation-status statements inside the exact uploaded files describe their local preparation snapshot. The official repository record establishes subsequent publication status and its true publication date.
