Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif pada Ny. L Umur 26 Tahun G1p0a0 dengan Kehamilan Fisiologi di Puskesmas Paguyangan Kabupaten Brebes Tahun 2026
Maternal and infant mortality remain important public health concerns, highlighting the need for comprehensive midwifery care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, and family planning. This study aimed to describe comprehensive midwifery care provided to Mrs. L, including newborn care, using Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan (SOAP) documentation. A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was employed. Care was tailored to maternal and neonatal needs at each stage. During pregnancy, services were adjusted to the mother's condition. During childbirth, the mother experienced severe preeclampsia, while the newborn had low birth weight. Mild preeclampsia was subsequently reported during the postpartum period. For family planning, an intrauterine device was inserted following cesarean delivery. The findings indicate that comprehensive care was implemented according to midwifery service standards despite maternal and neonatal complications. Subsequent monitoring showed that both mother and infant were in good condition. This case emphasizes the importance of continuous assessment, early recognition of complications, appropriate follow-up, and coordinated care. SOAP documentation also supports systematic recording of clinical findings and care plans. As this research describes a single case, its findings cannot be generalized to other wider populations without additional evidence.
