Analisis Implementasi Upaya Pelayanan Kesehatan Tradisional di Puskesmas Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur Tahun 2025
Traditional health services (Yankestrad) are an essential part of the healthcare system that emphasize preventive and promotive care based on local wisdom. The Indonesian government has encouraged the integration of these services into Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) as complementary healthcare. However, in East Jakarta Administrative City, the implementation of Yankestrad remains suboptimal, as evidenced by limited facilities and low community utilization. This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of traditional health services in Puskesmas. A quantitative descriptive-analytic design with a cross-sectional approach was used. The population consisted of health workers managing Yankestrad programs and community users, with a total of 77 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression tests. The results revealed significant relationships between the implementation of Yankestrad and the variables of government policy and support (p=0.000), health workers’ competence (p=0.000), infrastructure (p=0.000), funding/budget (p=0.000), and health promotion and education (p=0.000). The most dominant factor affecting implementation was government policy and support. This study recommends strengthening local regulations, providing standard facilities, conducting staff training, and enhancing community education to support the successful implementation of Yankestrad at the Puskesmas level
