Aneurysmal Bone Cyst of the Radial Diaphysis Managed by En Bloc Resection and Fibular Strut Autograft Reconstruction in a Young Adult Female: A Rare Case Report
ABSTRACT Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) of the radial diaphysis is rare and may mimic telangiectatic osteosarcoma on imaging. We report a young woman with progressively enlarging, painful forearm swelling due to ABC, treated by en bloc resection and fibular strut autograft reconstruction, achieving pain‐free union, good function and no recurrence at short‐term follow‐up.
