KRas G12V activates Nbpf20.

We have been for some time trying to demonstrate the occurrence of an integration-type or integration-related event in transformation in the nucleus in human cells. We demonstrate here activation of two molecules functioning in integration events in the genome, Ints6 and Nbpf20, by transient expression of oncogenic KRas G12V.

Abstract

We have been for some time trying to demonstrate the occurrence of an integration-type or integration-related event in transformation in the nucleus in human cells. We demonstrate here activation of two molecules functioning in integration events in the genome, Ints6 and Nbpf20, by transient expression of oncogenic KRas G12V.
