Wolpert's Physical Limits of Inference as Cascade Iteration Constraints
We establish four technical alignments between Wolpert’s (2008) stochastic thermodynamics framework and the J-Framework’s cascade structure: (1) Wolpert’s V = W × N (value = world-state × inference) matches the cascade’s compression × expansion decomposition; (2) Wolpert’s no-free-lunch theorems correspond to the Z4 conservation law; (3) the Landauer limit (kT ln 2 per bit erased) maps to the Bit+ hierarchy’s energy floor; (4) Wolpert’s computational universe hypothesis aligns with the cascade’s self-simulation reading (Paper 22).
