Design and Development of an Interactive Quiz Game Using Python

Simple Quiz Game using Python is an interactive console based application which helps to improve the learning and problem solving abilities by providing an engaging and dynamic question-answer format. The project aims to demonstrate how basic programming concepts can be practically used to build a standard educational instrument that is easy to construct and quick to execute. This game utilises the Python built-in data structures, more specifically dictionaries to store questions and their multiple choice options and right answers. This design makes it easy for users to interact with the system, try questions, and receive immediate feedback on their performance, encouraging self-assessment and active participation. The basic idea of the project is user interaction and logical decision-making. The player is asked a series of questions, each with a set of options. Then the user input is matched with the correct answer stored in a dictionary. The program will calculate and display the score dynamically as the user responds, providing immediate feedback. Dictionaries are flexible, since questions can easily be added, removed or modified, which means that the system is scalable and adaptable to different subjects and difficulty levels.
