Quant Insights for ACG Systems

Quantitative-finance infrastructure has developed under persistent pressure from unstable data, identity drift, time leakage, model decay, hidden constraints, implementation divergence, transaction costs, and adversarial conditions. This paper asks which of those operational disciplines transfer to Ableman Constitutional Governance (ACG): a family of systems in which continuation depends on explicit authority, admissibility, evidence, refusal, and revision. The transfer is architectural rather than financial. Its central object is point-in-time admissibility: a decision should be evaluated against the evidence, identity bindings, law, schemas, authorities, and refusal conditions valid at the time of decision, without silently importing later knowledge. From that premise the paper derives bitemporal state, jurisdictional identity bindings, admission-before-computation, production refusal, cross-substrate equivalence burdens, constraint attribution, governance backtesting, decay monitoring, and a layered constitutional data plane. The comparison has limits. Financial optimization does not supply moral legitimacy; governance harms cannot always be priced; historical replay is not causal proof; and metrics can make unmeasured people or values disappear. The paper therefore treats quant practice as a source of candidate mechanisms and failure tests, not as authority over constitutional design. The result is a specification and research agenda. It formalizes the temporal core, locates the proposal in the realization funnel, relates it to the wider Ableman corpus, and identifies the evidence required before any claimed transfer should be treated as validated.
