Deterministic Wavefunction Collapse: An Absolute 1.0-Bit Thermodynamic Decoherence Threshold for Quantum Architectures
This paper resolves the quantum measurement problem by redefining wavefunction collapse as a deterministic hardware interrupt within the Information Projection Model (IPM). We derive an absolute, zero-free-parameter thermodynamic threshold for quantum decoherence: a superposition collapses strictly when environmental energy exchange exceeds 1.0 Bit of spatial logic data. This framework provides a rigid, falsifiable engineering limit for quantum computing architectures. We demonstrate that a standard 5 GHz readout pulse at 15 mK injects ~23 Bits of data, violently exceeding the 1.0-Bit threshold and forcing immediate spatial compilation, thereby permanently superseding probabilistic collapse models.
