Respons Hasil Padi Varietas Inpari 32 terhadap Aplikasi Biofertilizer Feses Kambing

Rice productivity is constrained by declining soil fertility and low chemical fertilizer efficiency, necessitating sustainable cultivation practices. Biofertilizers offer an environmentally friendly alternative by improving nutrient availability, soil properties, and plant growth. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of different biofertilizer types and application doses on the yield components of Inpari 32 rice. The research was conducted in the greenhouse of Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi from July to November 2025. A factorial Completely Randomized Design was employed, testing two biofertilizer types (humic acid-based / B1 and Bacillus + Trichoderma + Saccharomyces consortium / B2) across three application doses (300, 400, and 500 g pot⁻¹), alongside an unfertilized control. Replicated three times, the study comprised 21 experimental units. Observed parameters included productive tillers, panicle length, 1,000-grain weight, filled and empty grains, and yield. Data were analyzed using ANOVA ($\alpha = 0.05$) followed by LSD tests. Results revealed that biofertilizer application significantly enhanced productive tiller numbers compared to the control. Although ANOVA showed non-significant effects on panicle length, grain weight, and filled grains due to high internal data variability and slow-release nutrient characteristics, descriptive trends demonstrated that treatment B2T3 (Bacillus + Trichoderma + Saccharomyces consortium at 500 g pot⁻¹) yielded the highest performance, achieving maximum filled grain weight (128 g). These findings highlight B2T3 as a promising formulation for efficient and sustainable rice production
