ACE K2 - The Second Major Capability Era
ACE K2 - The Second Major Capability Era documents the transition from the September governed-autonomy proof to a long-running governed engineering organisation through 29 October 2026. The technical note compares the September baseline with the late-October operating state across the Manager role, control plane, host and supervisor transport, long-running work, recovery, engineering evidence and the development path. It records that the governing boundaries and authority model had already been established before September and remained unchanged; subsequent repairs and improvements did not require case-by-case human direction or approval. Qualification and terminal acceptance remain with ACE independent evaluator/controller mechanisms rather than with the worker or Manager that proposed the change.
