Sox re-activation in response to bevacizumab growth factor inhibition.
Sox factors mediate entry into the transformed state. We describe here re-activation of nuclear factors from the Sox homeobox family in response to clinical interventions involving inhibition of the VEGF-A growth factor signaling pathway by bevacizumab (Avastin).
