Enfermedades inmunoprevalentes y la importancia de la vacunación en la salud comunitaria.

Vaccine preventable diseases are an issue, for public health. Even though we have effective vaccines people are still getting sick and having outbreaks. This is especially true for people who're vulnerable. Getting vaccinated is one of the ways to stop infectious diseases from spreading and it helps reduce the number of people who die from these diseases. It also helps keep our communities healthy. However not as many people are getting vaccinated as they used to. This is because of things like social and economic problems, lack of education and people believing false information. This makes it easier for diseases that we thought were under control to come back. The main goal of this research is to look at the vaccine preventable diseases and how important vaccination is for keeping our communities healthy. To do this we looked at a lot of articles that were published between 2021 and 2026. We searched databases like SciELO, PubMed and Google Scholar. We only looked at articles that met criteria. What we found out is that diseases like measles, rubella and mumps are still problems. We also found out that diseases like diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus and poliomyelitis are still around. Then there are diseases like influenza, hepatitis B and rotavirus. When a lot of people get vaccinated it really helps reduce the number of cases, hospitalizations and outbreaks. This also helps keep our communities healthy. So vaccine preventable diseases are still a problem, around the world. We know that getting vaccinated is the best way to stop these diseases. We need to make sure that people get vaccinated on time and that we keep vaccinating them. This is why it is so important to have immunization programs and to educate our communities.
