Goreisan for the prevention of recurrence after surgery for chronic subdural hematoma: systematic review and meta-analysis

Protocol, search strategy, statistical analysis plan, extraction form and model prompts for a systematic review and meta-analysis of Goreisan (Kampo formula TJ-17) for the prevention of recurrence after surgery for chronic subdural hematoma. Randomised controlled trials form the primary evidence (RoB 2, GRADE, trial sequential analysis); non-randomised comparative studies are analysed separately with ROBINS-I and never pooled with randomised trials. Screening, full-text assessment, extraction and risk-of-bias assessment use independent large language model runs with automatic checking of quotations; a reviewer decides only unresolved cases.
