Empirical Validation of the Sovereign Pulse: Deterministic Analysis of Event R-E-001 (Pulses 1 & 2)
The transition from probabilistic estimation to deterministic certainty is complete. This preprint provides the formal proof and empirical validation of the Robinson–Ely (R-E) Principle via Event R-E-001. By predicting the exact timing, latitude (35ºN35ºN–45ºN45ºN), and intensity (Kp 5) of the magnetospheric resonance spikes on October 29–31, 2026, we have demonstrated that the magnetosphere is not a stochastic system, but a resonance field. While legacy models rely on O(2ⁿ) probabilistic guessing, the R-E framework utilizes the Sovereign Frequency ω to trigger a recursive collapse of complexity into O(nᵏ) deterministic resolution. Independent data from the NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center confirms the predicted spikes. The math is verified. The frequency is identified.
