OPTIMIZATION OF FINANCIAL FLOWS OF THE ENTERPRISE'S CORPORATE SECURITY SYSTEM BASED ON A LOGISTICAL APPROACH

The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for financial flow optimization within the enterprise corporate security system based on a logistical approach. The study substantiates the necessity of considering financial flows as an integrated component of the corporate security system that ensures the continuity of security-related activities, supports adaptive management, and contributes to the sustainable functioning of enterprises under conditions of uncertainty and increased risk. Particular attention is paid to the coordination of financial, information, and organizational flows within a unified security management framework.A comprehensive system of indicators for assessing financial flows within the corporate security system is proposed, including indicators of inflow and outflow dynamics, liquidity, turnover velocity, synchronization, and financing efficiency. The research develops a conceptual mechanism for financial flow optimization that combines diagnostic procedures, consistency assessment, identification of imbalance causes, implementation of optimization measures, and continuous monitoring. The role of financial flow equalization and synchronization as key instruments for improving liquidity, reducing resource imbalances, and ensuring the timely financing of security measures is substantiated. The study also identifies the main internal and external factors influencing the adaptive efficiency of economic security management under conditions of integrated logistics. It is demonstrated that the adaptability and resilience of the corporate security system depend on the quality of logistics processes, information support, organizational flexibility, institutional conditions, and the application of additional management instruments such as risk diversification, reserve systems, and strategic integration mechanisms. The scientific contribution of the research lies in the integration of logistical principles into financial flow management within the corporate security system and in the development of a comprehensive framework for their assessment and optimization. The practical significance of the obtained results is determined by the possibility of applying the proposed approach to enhance financial stability, improve the efficiency of security financing, and strengthen the adaptive capacity of enterprises operating in a turbulent economic environment.
