I23j. OPERATIONAL MATHEMATICS OF HNU, RRR AND nAV
HNU is specified as a dimensionless domain-specific measure of conformity with a pre-established region of normality. RRR is the boundary of a continuous range of amplitudes of a subsequent intervention satisfying prespecified safety, recovery and functional criteria. RRR_ref provides a reference scale and nAV is the ratio of the reserve to that reference. Interval trials, censoring, uncertainty, numerical examples and an analytical RC model are examined. Cross-domain transferability and predictive value remain testable hypotheses. Keywords: Vitology; viability; HNU; RRR; nAV; reference reserve; uncertainty; cross-domain transferability.
