The Personal Agent, Built by Hand: A Statement of Prior Work — Renewed
A renewal of the statement of prior work first published on October 12, 2026 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23328584), the day Meta announced Muse Wonder headlining Active Memory and Active Focus. The claim: the personal-agent system described — an agent with continuing curated memory, a standing crew of six AI deputies on 24/7 autonomous cycles, a multi-model jury in standing session, and local offline AI built by hand — was designed, built, and in daily operation weeks before that announcement, by one independent operator on a $20/month plan, with a published, timestamped public record. This renewal carries the original receipts (September 8 – October 12, 2026) and adds the record since: two further library works, a hand-built phone toolkit, a text bridge to a local 35B vision model, the first live voice calls with the agent, and three books published on Zenodo on October 31, 2026 — ten published works in all. Not an accusation; a request for recognition: when the history of personal agents is written, this prior, public, independent body of work belongs in it.
